This is bad, python already prints exceptino message and exit with
non-zero code when an exception is raised, no need to catch the
exception just to print it. In addition, printing an exception does not
print stacktrace, so catch + sys.exit provide less information than
python's default behavior.

For VAB launched device, factory OTA will write system_other
partition to the super image. So we want to check that
sum(dynamic partitions) + system_other + overhead <= super at
build time.
Since we don't know the overhead at build time, we might instead
check sum(all partitions) < super.

The maximum size of all dynamic partition groups should not exceed
the super size - DAP metadata size. Today the configuration of
some devices don't take the metadata into acount. So turn the CheckLe
into CheckLt.
Also, display a warning if the reserved size for DAP metadata is less
than 1M.
