Don't export BUILD_NUMBER in envsetup
* The value is meant to be set only before running an /official/ build
* This allows us to execute consecutive make commands without
running kati for every invocation

only /default.prop will retain the properties contents of
ADDITIONAL_DEFAULT_PROPERTIES and PRODUCT_SYSTEM_DEFAULT_PROPERTIES,
and none of our versioning identification was held in the system
* Enabling BOARD_PROPERTY_OVERRIDES_SPLIT_ENABLED globally would
break all properties on devices that handle partitions usually
at the device level rather than the kernel due to mounting races
* Include the vendor/aosp/config/main.mk entrypoint to be allowed
to extend ADDITION_BUILD_PROPERTIES as we need to define our releases

* AllAudio.mk doesn't contain latest material files and also
contains multiple duplicate files. Just copy the latest
material ones and we'll include the older files in vendor/aosp

libnfc-nci.so provides a default config at /system/etc/libnfc-nci.conf.
Remove /system/etc/libnfc-nci.conf PRODUCT_COPY_FILES entries from
aosp_product.mk and board/generic/device.mk.

This cl unwhitelists them, so that these system packages will
not be pre-installed on profile users.

aosp_${device}.mk all have this system property set inside
vendor/build.prop:
ro.com.android.dataroaming=true
so move this common setting into aosp_product.mk
We don't move this to //device/google/${device}/device-${device}.mk
because this property is only used by AOSP builds, so it may cause
issues if we make it a common setting across all device builds.

The patch seperates gsi_common.mk to aosp_product.mk and
gsi_release.mk. Let GSI targets can be inherit with 3 parts:
- system: mainline_system.mk
- product: aosp_product.mk
- vendor: none or emulator vendor makefiles
aosp_product.mk includes the AOSP packages/settings will be in
the product partition.
GSI targets also includes the gsi_release.mk, which contains
the special settings for the GSI for releasing, ex.
skip_mount.cfg, extra VNDK, etc. After the patch, the build
targets inherit from aosp_$arch.mk will not apply these special
settings anymore.
The gsi_common.mk, legacy_gsi_common.mk and aosp_$arch_ab.mk will
be phased out later.
