a1712eea02 Disable factory build under PDK 
Phantasm PDK support doesn't work with the factory build.
It's not needed for eng support so we'll disable it.

3ccf768675 Move build.prop in factory bundle 
Move build.prop to the root dir of the factory bundle for clearer location access.
