Correct the build-image-kernel-modules arguments then
the board can use BOARD_{CUSTOM_IMAGE}_KERNEL_MODULES
to install kernel modules.

Using prebuilts of the ART Module seems to make
`COMPATIBILITY.art-host-tests.HOST_SHARED_LIBRARY.FILES` empty on
x86 targets, thus breaking the `art-host-tests` build target. As
a workaround, relax the corresponding build rule to allow for an
empty `COMPATIBILITY.art-host-tests.HOST_SHARED_LIBRARY.FILES`
list.

The droidcore-unbundled target replaces the droidcore
target when TARGET_BUILD_UNBUNDLED_IMAGE=true. This
target is similar to droidcore in terms of dependencies,
but it has a smaller set of dist files. The intention is
to use TARGET_BUILD_UNBUNDLED_IMAGE=true with a
VSDK-using vendor build to supply Java dependencies from
prebuilts to avoid building (or needing) Java framework
sources.

This is needed for test mapping to have module-info.json built out for
device targets so that test harness can do some checks to ensure the
test is properly configured in TEST_MAPPING files.
module-info has alreay depended on droidcore, which will be
built out in the infrastructure.

A fake vendor snapshot is a vendor snapshot whose prebuilt binaries and
captured headers are all empty. It's much faster to be built than the
real vendor snapshot, so users can exploit the fake vendor snapshot to
reduce the size of vendor snapshot they need, by installing the fake
snapshot and then inspecting the ninja dependencies.

Remove unit tests jar from official suite packaging
they will be run & tested externally as real unit tests.
Include the compatiblity-tradefed.jar element as it will

This involved moving the find-shareduid-violation.py script to
releasetools to simplify the cross-tool usage. This new location aligns
this script with other similar python host tools.
In a future change this violation file will be used to check for
shared UID violations across the input build partition boundary.

Passes the SKIP_BOOT_JARS_CHECK property through to Soong and removes
the boot jars check. Moves the check_boot_jars directory containing the
script and data file into build/soong/scripts.

verified manually that apart from path differences the same
files (same check sum) were checked in both old make checks and
the new Soong ones

If a module, which is installed to both the host and the platform,
fails the platform-availability-check, the build system might use
the host install path to report errors. Filter out the host install
path so that the platform install path is used.

The platform availability check was erroring incorrectly for the
libstatssocket module in master-art-host builds. Nothing being
built depended on libstatssocket, but the check would still
error because libstatspull_test was defined in the branch but
unused in the build.
When ALLOW_MISSING_DEPENDENCIES=true is set and a module fails
the check add an additional dependency on a rule that prints
the error message. This will show the error and fail the build
if an unavailable module is requested to be installed, while
allowing the build to proceed if there are no unavailable
modules in the dependency graph.
