libnfc-nci.so provides a default config at /system/etc/libnfc-nci.conf.
Remove /system/etc/libnfc-nci.conf PRODUCT_COPY_FILES entries from
aosp_product.mk and board/generic/device.mk.

Test: Build gsi. /system/etc/libnfc-nci.conf is installed.
Test: Flash gsi. Check logcat and NFC still works.
Test: Toggle NFC on/off and /etc/libnfc-nci.conf is loaded.
Test: Build aosp_bonito. Both /(system|product)/etc/libnfc-nci.conf are
installed.
Test: Flash aosp_bonito. Check logcat and NFC still works.

Some devices refer to libwifi-hal-emu via
BOARD_WLAN_DEVICE := emulator
we need to import the device/generic/goldfish
namespace to link the libwifi-hal-emu symbol.

audio_policy_configuration_generic.xml is pushed in /system as the default
configuration (used if the vendor does not provide one in /vendor or /odm)
and for the emulator.
As a result it can be parsed by 2.0 and 4.0 audio HALs. The format
is retro-compatible, but not forward-compatible.
Additionally, the generic config pushed in /system should never be used
as the vendor should always provide a configuration file describing its
target architecture. Thus it should not be part of the GSI.
Those files were originally pushed in /system the emulator
target does not provide its own configuration file.
The emulator should provide config file instead in /vendor instead.

The media configuration is handled by goldfish/vendor.mk
already; clean them up from device.mk files.
this cl does not impact arm devices;
and it does the right thing for x86/64 devices
because the media configuration should go to vendor
instead of staying on system

This is needed for the system images of aosp_arm(64) products to
be used as their respective GSIs in P, and for also aosp_arm(64)
products to boot with the current GSIs.
Bug: 78255604
Test: Built and booted the following products to home screen
$ lunch aosp_arm-userdebug; m -j; emulator
$ lunch aosp_arm64-userdebug; m -j; emulator
# The system image, both userdebug and user builds, of
# aosp_arm64 could also boot to home screen and browse
# the network on a physical device.

This change modifies aosp_$arch product makefiles so their
system images can be closer to their respective GSIs.
The added contents in this CL are based on treble_common*.mk.
Contents specific to GSI are in aosp_$arch.mk.
Contents common to all devices are moved to full_base.mk.
Contents related to specific device are moved to device.mk.
BoardConfig related makefiles will be changed in another CL.

When building a generic arm 32-bit target, we also want to include
support for the ranchu board model for the updated Android emulator
based on recent upstream QEMU.
Since the emulator.mk file is included by both the generic and
generic_arm64 targets and already defines a PRODUCT_COPY_FILES and
PRODUCT_PACKAGES, move duplicate entries from
target/board/generic*/device.mk to target/product/emulator.mk.

Following the new vibrator hardware module implementation, the
goldfish vibrator module is no longer integrated in the default
vibrator implementation and therefore needs to be explicitly built
for the emulator.
This patch is related to others in:
- hardware/libhardware
- hardware/libhardware_legacy
- frameworks/base
- device/generic/goldfish

Having the copy of default audio_policy.conf file in generic_no_telephony.mk
doesn't work because of multiple inheritance on certain products.
Move it to board/generic/device.mk to be consistent with how the audio HAL
modules are managed.

Emulator and system image now support ADBD communication over QEMUD pipe rather
than over a TCP port forwarding. However, emulator has to know ahead of time
(before system starts booting) whether or not the system image supports ADBD
over pipe to properly setup the communication. For that, we introduce a boot
property "ro.adb.qemu" that is readable by the emulator early enough for the
proper ADB communication setup.

Split telephony into its own product, so that we can easily
add telephony support to any configuration without pulling
anything else. Use it from generic.
Split the "full" family between a (no-telephony) base,
a telephony version of the same (both of which can be used
as a starting point for on-device builds), and the true classic
full which is an emulator build.
