Virtually nothing uses libunwind, and no one should start using it, so
it's unlikely to be critical.
(Code should use libunwindstack.so to collect backtraces, and it should
use libc.so's _Unwind_* APIs for C++ exception handling unwinding.)

Pass the NATIVE_COVERAGE Make variable to Soong as the more accurate
GcovCoverage. Also remove NATIVE_LINE_COVERAGE, it doesn't do anything
different from NATIVE_COVERAGE, and NATIVE_COVERAGE is always set when
NATIVE_LINE_COVERAGE is set.

Rename `CoveragePath` and `CoverageExcludePaths` as
`NativeCoveragePath` and `NativeCoverageExcludePaths` (resp.).
Also, populate `NativeCoveragePath` and `NativeCoverageExcludePaths`
from environment variables `NATIVE_COVERAGE_PATHS` and
`NATIVE_COVERAGE_EXCLUDE_PATHS` (resp.).

With I1889653812a980f6a2e3b6b25e7647f7c5919606, libvixl is not available
to the platform as it is included in the ART APEX. To use the APEX
variant of the library, we use the <name>:<apex_name> notation.

This CL adds a new make target for line coverage, That is, by running
`make haiku-line-coverage` you can get a set of all profile (*.gcno) files
for all fuzz targets and for all critical components of Android,
packed into a zip called `line_coverage_profiles.zip`. Furthermore the set of
all fuzz targets are instrumented with line coverage and packed into
another zip called `line_coverage_fuzz_targets.zip`
To properly run the make target enable NATIVE_LINE_COVERAGE first:
NATIVE_LINE_COVERAGE=true NATIVE_COVERAGE=true COVERAGE_PATHS=* make haiku-line-coverage
