Elliott Hughes	e82d33d997	Remove useless stuff from "AndroidConfig.h". The futex wrappers and memcmp16 are no longer available to anyone. No one was checking for the existence of the SA_NOCLDWAIT constant, and even if they wanted to, they could just check directly.
