bd83c74485 cc_cmake_snapshot: drop Modules field 
Use Modules_host, Modules_system or Modules_vendor instead

Also, fix test by adding libc++demangle to the ignored list.

ea2fbd6787 Skip cmake_snapshot_test(s) 
These tests fail on sdk-sdk_mac-trunk_staging because this feature is
not intended to run outside of Linux. Let's skip these tests for now
until we figure out how to disable snapshot feature properly.
