Ryan Prichard b35a85ee8b Switch platform EH unwinder to prebuilt LLVM libunwind ...

For the platform libc++ STL, remove the
-Wl,--exclude-libs,libunwind_llvm.a argument, which is redundant with
the same argument in deviceGlobalLdflags.
