Dan Willemsen 082182275f Update ninja proto, always enable ninja -d stats 
The stats output will now use the new "DEBUG" message type, which we can
always redirect to verbose.log.gz.

Test: m aprotoc  (look in verbose.log.gz)

This comes from https://android.googlesource.com/platform/external/ninja/+/master/src/frontend.proto

The only difference is the specification of a go_package. To regenerate frontend.pb.go, run regen.sh.
