Fix make warning/error colors on Mac
Apparently the default bash echo doesn't support \e even though the man page says it does. So use \033 instead. Test: m -j nothing on mac, get colors Test: m -j nothing on linux, still get colors Change-Id: I608fa87e3c28bf8f99264d39f9b250008a81235a
